1V2 Duet Session is a semi-private Pilates experience for two people working with one instructor.

It is a great option for friends, partners, or family members who want to train together while still receiving individual guidance. Depending on each person’s goals and level, your instructor may guide both clients through a shared flow or offer personalized variations within the same session.

【Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates】+ 60min

Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates at Well Link is designed to support women through one of the most meaningful transitions of life.

Our sessions focus on gentle strength, breath, posture, mobility, pelvic and core awareness, and confidence in movement during pregnancy and after birth. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your stage, comfort level, and personal needs.

Prenatal sessions help you stay active, supported, and connected to your changing body. Postnatal sessions help you gradually rebuild strength, reconnect with your breath and core, and return to movement with patience and care.

These sessions are fitness and movement-based. They are not a substitute for medical care, physiotherapy, pelvic-floor therapy, or any clinical treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning or returning to exercise during pregnancy or postpartum.
